2. Booking & Payments: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with full payment due 70 days before departure.

3. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations incur fees based on timing, with no refunds for no-shows or unused portions. Travel insurance is recommended.

4. Changes & Amendments: Changes may incur fees are subject to availability. Requests must be in writing.

5. Travel: Clients must arrange their own travel insurance; we can recommend providers.

6. Liability & Responsibility: True Travel is not liable for injuries or changes due to third-party services.

7. Health & Safety: Travelers must disclose medical conditions and may be refused participation if unfit.

8. Force Majeure: We are not liable for disruptions caused by uncontrollable events.

9. Privacy Policy: Personal information is collected only for booking purposes and not shared with third parties.

10. Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet immigration requirements.

11. Personal Details: Required information includes passport details and any medical conditions.

12. Luggage Limits: Limit luggage to one medium (max 23kg) and follow safety instructions.

13. Travel and Accommodation: True North Travel does own transport or accommodation; all bookings are subject to service providers' terms.

14. Our Responsibility: We are not liable for service providers' actions or events beyond our control.

15. Maps Photographs: Maps and images are for general guidance only.

16. Important: Tours may require a minimum number of passengers and can be cancelled at short notice.
